'This is the first ever song I wrote entirely on the piano. It's about the days where you are just feeling terrible about everything and not able to function like a human being because you are crippled by self doubt. A lot of the time when you are feeling that way, you get swept inwards and the song serves as a reminder to reach out for help when you need it'.
